Jumping In Before the Water’s Clear ✨

A Glow Up Reflection
If there’s one thing I know about myself, it’s this:
When I get a good idea… I jump.
I don’t dip a toe in.
I don’t test the temperature.
I don’t check how deep the water is.
I see the vision, feel the excitement, and I’m already mid-air.
And honestly? That’s not always a bad thing. That part of me is creative, passionate, and brave. It’s the part that starts. But sometimes—especially when I’m building something meant to truly support others—it means I move faster than the foundation underneath me is ready for.
That’s exactly what happened with the Daily Glow Up Guide workout routines with illustrated instructions.
I announced them with so much excitement because I genuinely believe in them. I believe in gentle movement, real bodies, and accessible fitness that doesn’t punish you for existing. But I also realized something important:
I jumped into daily releases before fully landing the entire first week.
So here’s me practicing what Glow Up Vibery actually stands for—honesty, adjustment, and growth.
A Small Pause for a Stronger Glow ✨
Instead of rushing forward half-prepared, I’m choosing intention over impulse.
I’ll be using the rest of February to:
Finalize the full first week of the Glow Up Guide fitness plan
Make sure every routine flows, supports real bodies, and feels sustainable
Ensure the illustrated instructions are clear, kind, and actually helpful
And then—grounded, planned, and ready—we’ll begin releasing them daily starting Monday, March 2 💗
No scrambling.
No guesswork.
No “figure it out as we go” energy when people are trusting this space.
We Are All Works in Progress
This is the part I really want to sit with for a moment.
Every one of us has patterns.
Flaws.
Default reactions.
Some people overthink.
Some people hesitate.
Some people—like me—jump headfirst before checking the depth.
Growth isn’t pretending those tendencies don’t exist.
Growth is naming them… and building a plan to meet them head-on.
That’s exactly what I’m doing here.
Instead of letting my “jump first” instinct run the show, I’m slowing it down, giving it structure, and turning it into something sustainable—something that lasts longer than the initial burst of excitement.
Because Glow Up Vibery isn’t about perfection.
It’s about learning yourself, honoring where you’re at, and adjusting with intention.
This Is Still the Glow ✨
Nothing is canceled.
Nothing is lost.
This is not a setback.
This is alignment.
And if you’re someone who’s also learning how to work with your flaws instead of fighting them—I hope this reminds you that pausing, pivoting, and planning are all part of the glow up too.
We’re building something real here.
And real things are worth doing right.
💗
